Chris Thompson, P.E.

Principal

Chris Thompson has over 24 years of experience as an accomplished project manager and design engineer with a background based in land development planning, design and construction. His planning experience consists of land and site plan development, road alignment and lot configuration along with integrated utility and grading master planning. This experience ranges from 1,000 plus acre master planned communities to infill projects, multi- family development, commercial, industrial, and office and retail projects. In addition, his design experience ranges from hydrologic and hydraulic storm modeling to complex grading and utility design including final construction documents. His construction experience ranges from construction cost estimating to engineer of record responsible for all inspection, testing and verification of constructed improvements. Chris is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno; licensed in Nevada and Idaho.

John Land, P.E.

Principal

John Land has nearly 19 years of experience in Civil Engineering working primarily in land development on single family projects. His responsibilities have included site layout, water system analysis, drainage studies, improvement plan preparation, and quantity estimates. He has also had experience with more complex cluster home products with common spaces and shared drive isles. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; licensed in Nevada, Arizona and California.

Christopher zrinyi, P.E.

Principal

Chris Zrinyi has over 24 years of experience in flood control engineering and project management for private land development and public works infrastructure projects. He has performed hydrological and hydraulic analyses of flood control channels, storm drain systems, bridge crossings, utility relocations, roadways, and subdivision improvements. In addition to being involved with master planned communities, he has prepared flood control analysis for single family residential, multi-family, and commercial sites. He was the project engineer on numerous public works infrastructure projects. His background also includes public agency review and approval. He is a graduate of University of Southern California; licensed in Nevada.

Christopher Coombs, p.e.

Project engineer

Chris Coombs has over 21 years of experience as an accomplished project manager and design engineer with an extensive background in many diverse phases of land development including property analysis, project planning & design, construction support, financing, purchase & sales negotiation, and property asset management. Chris has been involved with numerous projects which include civil improvement design for residential subdivisions, multi-family developments as well as commercial and office projects. He has also had significant experience on the planning and entitlement side of land development and has a strong knowledge of local planning codes. He is a graduate of Colorado State University; licensed in Nevada and California.

Brian Reed, P.E.

Project Engineer

Brian Reed has a strong background as a Project Manager in commercial and residential land development and infrastructure design. His experience in pre-planning, planning, design and construction has been of use in projects ranging from single and multi-family communities, strip malls, office buildings, and commercial stores to larger shopping centers. He most recently completed work with the Navajo Nation. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University; licensed in Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico.
